My Personal Encounter with Osteoarthritis in 2016
Today, I am delighted to share with you how I reversed my osteoarthritis naturally in 2016 through the use of natural remedies, and now have pain-free joints, improved mobility, and a renewed sense of well-being.
People have asked me to share my personal successful journey and experience with osteoarthritis reversals naturally. I would say that everyone’s healing journey may be different. All depends on the condition of the pieces you are starting off with, genetics and discipline in observing healthy living principles. There is no one cure all pill. In some cases like mine and a few others, I have witnessed what we call remissions. In my case I have been on remission for 6 years. I am not on any medications, no pain and can even run a hundred metre race at 64 years of age.
What is Osteoarthritis?
Firstly, let me provide some background on what osteoarthritis is. It’s a degenerative joint condition that affects millions of people worldwide, causing joint pain, stiffness, inflammation, and reduced mobility. There is no cure, but treatments typically involve prescription medication, physical therapy, and in severe cases, joint replacement surgery.
Adding Natural Remedies in My Battle Against Osteoarthritis
As someone who was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and a medic, I knew I didn’t want to rely on medication alone to manage my symptoms. So, I turned to natural remedies that focused on reducing inflammation and promoting joint health.
The first thing I did was to overhaul my diet. I cut out inflammatory foods such as sugar, refined carbohydrates, and processed foods.
